Mandelbrot set: Region #12

This region is a blow-up of the region containing the most "northerly" flea which is easily visible even within a reasonable-size graphic of the whole M-set.

As you can probably see, by the time I'd got this far with my M-set project, I knew pretty much what I was doing, and had developed a reasonably efficient approach. Quite a learning curve!
